Start of the production

The organic harvest of my farm is expanding more and more and therefore
I will process a part of my harvest to high-quality products,
which mainly will be sold in specialty stores and in my farm shop.

The main ingredients of my products (exept the baby figgs) are from my own organic harvest.
Not all other the ingredients of my products are from my own garden yet, but my goal is to grow most of the ingredient myself (e.g.onion and garlic, which I already grow). The third party ingredients
that I use in my products ar carefully chosen and are of excellent quality.
I strive to select even more local and biological ingredients.

Each year can have different circumstances that can change the quantity of the products.
I harvest specificcrops and products in different seasons, which means that
we have to wait for the new harvest when a product is sold out.
The different circumstances can also change the taste of the harvest.
As a result of the artisanal way that I produce my products, I can adjust the recipe accordingly
and I strive to achieve the most consistent taste possible.

I try to create products with a new taste sensation, more than standard compote or an ordinary jar or jam, delicacies with new recipes and extraordinary flavours. In order to create a delicious, intense flavour,
I don’t add water to my products an I use as little sugar as possible. Wine or liqueur is added to
many of my products, tot establish a delicate balance of flavour.

By expanding my vegetable garden and planting more trees in the orchard,
I hope to continue creating new flavour combinations and new products.
I take good care of my trees and plants and make my products with much love and passion.
I truly hope this is reflected in my products.
